Since my birth, I have been immersed in a Franco-Japanese dual culture from which I have learned discipline, attention to detail, observation, discretion, organization, punctuality, and an unwavering respect for the clients and their desires.
For 15 years, I worked in the high-end hospitality sector in Paris, where my primary mission was to welcome demanding international and French clientele. Throughout these professional experiences, I developed expertise in customer satisfaction and sharpened my eye for identifying areas of improvement down to the finest details.
Officially a mystery auditor since 2024, I have pursued this mission far beyond the professional framework, driven by a passion for impeccable service. For as long as I can remember, I have paid close attention to every detail that transforms a simple visit into an unforgettable experience.
